"Worst experience with car insurance company! I got pulled over stating that my car registration was suspended and all because of an agent’s mistake. I called to get the situation straightened out and the agents had no idea what to do."

"We’re very sorry for the experience you had. That is absolutely not what we want for our customers, especially when you’re dealing with a stopped situation on the road.
As soon as we were able, we provided you with a letter of experience right away so you could take it to PennDOT to help resolve the registration issue.
This type of problem can occur when a previous insurance policy is canceled and there is a lapse in coverage. We understand how frustrating and stressful that is.
We also tried contacting you to confirm that the matter has been resolved after PennDOT’s receipt of the letter of experience showing your coverage is in place and active. Please call us so we can confirm everything is fully cleared. We have attempted to contact you."
